At Outdooriva, we want to keep your shopping experience simple and straightforward. This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns and exchanges are handled for products purchased on outdooriva.com.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be free from dirt, wear, odors, pet hair, smoke, stains, or other signs of outdoor use
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and all included parts
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or normal wear and tear

For camping and outdoor gear, all components must be returned together where applicable, including items such as poles, stakes, guylines, buckles, storage bags, covers, straps, batteries, chargers, and accessory kits. Items returned with missing parts may be refused or may qualify for only a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you no longer want an item for personal reasons, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Approved change-of-mind returns must meet all return eligibility requirements listed in this policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items when stock is available. If the item you want is no longer available, we may offer a replacement item of similar value or process a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

Exchange requests for change-of-mind reasons are subject to the same condition requirements as returns.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when available.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, return authorization, or a full refund. For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

6. Items That May Not Be Returned or Exchanged

Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may refuse returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used outdoors, assembled, installed, washed, or altered
  • Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, or missing accessories
  • Consumable items or items exposed to fuel, gas, chemicals, or other hazardous substances
  • Personalized, customized, final sale, or clearance items

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for properly packaging return items to prevent damage in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit before they are received by our returns team.

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

8. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay processing.

9. No In-Store Returns

Outdooriva operates as an online retail business and does not offer in-store returns or exchanges. All approved returns and exchanges must be completed by mail in accordance with the instructions provided by our support team.
