We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and selected countries in Europe. Availability may vary depending on the product, shipping address, carrier coverage, and local import restrictions.

Our primary shipping carrier is DHL. In some cases, we may use another carrier or local delivery partner when necessary to complete delivery more efficiently.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination, package size, order weight, and the shipping method selected at checkout. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products, order amounts, or destinations. Where a free shipping promotion is available, the promotion details displayed on the website or at checkout will apply.
4. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

The delivery times below are estimated transit times after shipment. These timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, remote area delivery, and seasonal demand.

7. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, customs inspections, severe weather, inaccurate address information, or high seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the shipment has been dispatched, but we will do our best to assist you if a delivery issue arises.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
